The Client when engaging or using the services provided by SWIA agrees to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of Use. These Terms & Conditions of Use also govern the Clients use and access of this website.
The Client is deemed to agree to these Terms & Conditions of Use by accessing, browsing, opening or otherwise using this website or by registering for SWIA's services or instructing or requesting SWIA to perform any action. By instructing SWIA to inform you of personal information regarding the person or persons referred to us for skip tracing, please be aware that you are legally responsible for the lawful and correct use of the information supplied to you in accordance and compliance with current Privacy Act legislation. We (SWIA) waive any responsibility for any misuse of the information supplied.
The Client agrees to allow SWIA to outsource any locate request to any external licenced commercial agent and the client agrees to allow  SWIA to waive all legal responsibility for incorrect information supplied to the client. SWIA reserves the right to refuse all requests for a refund of fee's for whatever reason. However SWIA may offer a credit for future locates. The Client agrees SWIA reserves the right to charge additional fees above any quoted price during the period of the investigation which SWIA considers will assist in achieving a successful result for the said client.
All payment must be made in full within 7 days from date of invoice.
